Welcome to the best believe podcast, episode 27. That is so wild that we have 27 episodes out now. And if you have not listened to them all, if you find yourself continuing to be in the same loops, or you hear me and wish that you are where I currently am and my happiness and my joy in my life. I really want to encourage you to start back at episode one and go through the process with me. Really listened to the things that I'm saying and apply them. To your life. Because that is ultimately what got me to this 0.6 months later, and I'm super proud and thankful for the growth. On episode 26, we covered four questions to ask yourself when life seems stagnant. And I received so much feedback from that and I'm super grateful and appreciative for everyone who takes time out of their day to provide me that constructive criticism. It really helps me continue to show up. And it helps me know what you like and you don't like. If you have any other questions to ask me, go ahead and connect with me on my Instagram at best believe podcasts or McKayla inspires. As I would love to answer any questions that you have on this podcast. And on the last episode, episode 26, that we were just discussing. I explained to you how God really pushed me and talked me through creating a second podcast named made by the word, which is going to be dealing with. Your faith and knowing that faith comes by hearing, and this show is really going to help you build the belief. That you can make it through and you can expect to hear calming music, scriptures, Bible passages, to help ease your mind in the moment of distress, uncertainty or unhappiness. And if you struggle sleeping soundly. Made by the word is for you. If you've tried to meditate before to calm yourself down and it only works. For a moment. Made by the word is for you. If you've gone through a traumatic experience. Oh, you just need to quiet your mind made by the word is for you. Every Tuesday and Thursday. There will be episodes provided for you meant to keep your feet moving. And your mind and stillness. So that you can accomplish and go for those things that God has placed in your heart and has designed for you to be. But in order to get there. We must have faith that we can. We must work through those internal struggles and those battles, and that comes by the word. You are made by the word. And by the word you are set free. I really used to struggle with mental cloudiness. I had really bad night terrors, nothing helped me fall asleep at night. I went to sleep and fear. Because I knew that I was about to fall asleep and have the most terrible dream and wake up. Crying and. Curled up in a ball for days.'cause, I didn't know what to do. I would Google how to. Deal with these nights hairs. I would Google how to deal with my anxiety attacks and nothing helped. I started to listen to meditations, which really started to help quiet my mind, but my spirit was still unsettled. I still was unhappy. So nothing truly helped me feel at peace. And those terrifying experience I had truly left me scared to close my eyes at night. But when I started hearing God's word, that is when I had comfort. That is when I had calmness in my spirit. That I never had before. And I want to play the first episode for you from may by the word. And hopes that you really take the time to add this to your playlist. Add this to your list of things to do. When you feel stressed, when you feel tense, when you feel discomfort, when you can't fall asleep, when you have that anxiety. When the anger or fear comes in your life. I want you to listen to this, to help you. Change your mindset. And help you. Get out of that place that you may be in. And even someone like me who was very intimate with God who lives in Christ. I still struggle with anxiety. Sometimes I still struggle with a worry sometimes. I'm not perfect. I find myself listening to this podcast that got pushed me to make very often. Because of one. It truly just makes my spirit super calm. And number two. I know that God's word. Is truly what sets me free. It's truly the thing that has changed my life. And not only allowed my mind to calm down, but influence my actions. And as a by-product. I feel this joy and this happiness. The word truly transformed me. Please have an open mind. And this is not the usual podcast episode that you're expecting, but I'm super thankful and excited for you to hear. This is something I've worked really hard on and it's not filmed in real time. It's prerecorded. So the episodes come out every Tuesday and Thursday. And I'm just super excited for you to have this at your hands. I've been talking about it since the first episode that I wish there were meditations involving the word. And here I am creating it. Thanks to God. And I'm super thankful that he chose me. So let's get into it.
